CHRISTMAS SINGALONG

Once again, Bath choirmaster Matt Finch brought along his keyboard and his irrepressible sense of humour to get over fifty of us stretching our vocal chords in the Village Hall last December, singing all the favourite Christmas songs and carols – some with a difference.  Have you ever tried  ‘While Shepherds Watched their Flocks by Night’ to the tune of ‘On Ilkley Moor bar t’at?’ or ‘O Little Town of Bethlehem’ to ‘Supercallifragilisticexpialidocious’? Surprisingly, they work! Not sure, though, about all the actions for The Twelve days of Christmas’ nor the Three Unwise Men solos.... But we all had fun and got into the festive spirit.
